supphealth and Better Evenings

Evenings used to be when my whole routine quietly fell apart, so I made them calmer on purpose. I dim the lights, put my phone away early and keep a few small habits going, with supphealth - http://msqj.org/space-uid-92734.html?do=profile among them. A gentle wind-down helps me sleep better and wake up feeling steadier and more ready for the day. I am not strict about it, just consistent enough that it all feels normal now. Good evenings really do shape good mornings. If you are curious about wellness habits, you can read more here: http://msqj.org/space-uid-92734.html?do=profile
